I’ve spent the last 8 years helping families, couples, and friends plan vacations that are as stress-free as they are unforgettable. Travel planning can get overwhelming with so many options out there — but that’s where I come in. I’ll handle the details, answer the questions, and make sure you feel confident and excited from the very start.
As a mom of three, I understand how important it is to make every trip meaningful and family-friendly, while still sneaking in those special moments for grown-ups too. I’m also certified with many top travel brands and destinations, which gives me the tools and insider knowledge to create the perfect trip for your style, budget, and wish list. Whether you’re dreaming of sailing away on a cruise, sinking your toes into the sand at a tropical resort, or making memories in the parks, I’ll be there to make sure it all comes together seamlessly.

How to get Started?
The first step in planning your dream vacation is super simple — just fill out a proposal request form. Once I receive it, I’ll reach out by email, and that’s when the fun begins! We’ll start shaping the first steps of your adventure together.

Once You’re Booked
This is where the magic really starts! After booking, you’ll get your confirmations along with the next steps in the planning process. Together we’ll dive into the fun details — dining, activities, excursions, and more.
Proposals
Proposals
Vacations aren’t one-size-fits-all, and I want you to feel confident in your decision. That’s why I’m happy to provide as many proposals as you need while we sort through destinations, resorts, and packages. My job is to give you the information, options, and insight you need to make the best choice for your family — no pressure, no stress.
Important Dates
Every vacation has important milestones — like dining reservations, final payments, or special activity bookings. I’ll monitor those for you, but I also recommend adding them to your personal calendar as a reminder. You will receive a list of those dates from me after booking.
Managing Your Vacation
You’re always in control of your vacation, but I’m here every step of the way. Whether you want me hands-on or just available when you need me, consider me your partner in planning.
Business Hours
• Monday–Thursday: 8am–2pm CST
• Friday: 8am–12pm CST
• Saturday: By appointment only
• Sunday: Closed
Booking Your Vacation and Payments
When you’re ready to book, I will email you a secure link to submit payment information. Everything is processed safely and directly with the supplier — I never take payments myself, and you’ll always receive official confirmations for every transaction.
Final payments are typically due 30–120 days before your trip, depending on the destination.
Communication
The best way to reach me is always by email — that way I can track requests in the order they come in and make sure nothing gets missed. Please allow 24–48 hours for a reply (urgent requests like travel emergencies are handled immediately), especially on a weekend or holiday, as I too have a family with young kids.
If you’d prefer a phone chat, just schedule a call in advance so I can dedicate time just for you.
